We are seeking an Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the internal and external environment of the restaurant.
  • Ensure equipment is well-functioning and the environment is safe and secure from potential hazards.
  • Maintain the restaurant carpark, patio, and all exterior equipment.
  • Organize and clean the back area of the restaurant.
  • Comply with safety and security standards.
  • Complete ad hoc maintenance tasks when requested by management.

Requirements:

  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to meet strict timelines.
  • Well-presented and friendly.
  • Availability to work early mornings.
  • Able to independently complete tasks including mopping, scrubbing, climbing ladders, cleaning windows and toilets.
  • Confident in engaging with customers, suppliers, or contractors.
  • Capable of hearing and responding to various alerts and alarms.
  • Resilient and adaptable, bouncing back from challenges with a positive mindset.
