About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our team in the Lymphoedema and Physiotherapy Oncology programs at Grampians Health. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and busy environment, providing assessment and management of primary and secondary lymphoedema and related comorbidities within the oncology, community health and Grampians At Home services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physiotherapy assessment and management of patients with lymphoedema and related comorbidities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, patients and their families/carers to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy programs and services
Requirements
  • Registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
  • Sound knowledge and experience in physiotherapy assessment, treatment and management options for clients with a range of musculoskeletal and oncology conditions
  • Knowledge of assessment and implications of lymphoedema secondary to oncology management desirable but not essential
  • Evidence of a commitment to ongoing learning in relevant fields
