About the Role

As a leader in software delivery, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of engineers to achieve high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create an environment where engineers can deliver consistent, high-quality content
  • Provide clinical mentoring and create professional development plans for the team
  • Grow and help recruit the engineering team that aligns with the company culture
  • Collaborate within the wider business to deliver optimal outcomes

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in working commercially with the latest software technologies, prior experience in a high leadership capacity in a fast-paced environment, flexibility with change, and a desire to achieve excellence in an evolving environment.

You should have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, bring your own great ideas to the organization, be goal-driven, and make those ideas a reality. Having great collaboration skills and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders is essential.
