Administration Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Administration Support Specialist. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in administration and exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

This is a dynamic role that will primarily focus on rostering staff, however, you will also be required to provide support with recruitment, human resources, reception relief, and general administrative duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and organisational skills, a willingness to learn new skills, and take feedback constructively. A strong problem-solving skillset, negotiation and resolution skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork are essential.
