**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Kitchen Supervisor.

As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchens and related areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including in personal protective equipment and safe working procedures.
  • Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of all kitchens and back-of-house areas.
  • Develop and implement plans for the safe disposal of food waste.
  • Identify hazards and assess risks in the workplace by notifying management of all repairs and maintenance required.

Requirements:

  • National Safety Certification (NSW RSA Competency Card) and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food and beverage operation.
  • Strong understanding of Work Health and Safety, inventory control, and food safety principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
