Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to contribute to the development of innovative mechanical engineering solutions.

  • Lead and manage a team of designers and draftspersons to ensure technical accuracy and quality of their work.
  • Be responsible for the mechanical engineering aspects of projects, integrating with other design teams and disciplines.
  • Produce high-quality mechanical engineering documentation, including technical specifications, datasheets, and contribute to equipment manuals.
  • Manage procurement activities, ensuring sub-supplier deliveries meet project requirements and design standards.
  • Conduct fabrication workshop inspections and site inspections as required.
  • Participate in cold commissioning of domestic and overseas projects as needed.
Key Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of design experience in medium to large process industry projects.
  • Engineering Graduate with Mechanical or Structural engineering degree.
  • Thorough understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles, fluid mechanics, and mechanical equipment design.
  • Strong planning, organizing, diagnostic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to self-manage, lead a team, and deliver multiple projects concurrently.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness for infrequent travel.
  • Experience in using mechanical design tools, including SolidWorks, and providing support for inspections and meetings.
