Therapist in Aged Care and NDIS

We are seeking qualified occupational therapists to join our team. You will be afforded the autonomy to choose your split of days based on your preference for NDIS clinical services and My Aged Care services.

The role involves managing a caseload of participants and designing therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes. Assessing participants functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities through clinical assessment, is also part of the job.

You will use your clinical skills and professional opinion to develop participant centred goals specific to the client's circumstances. Providing best practice evidence-based support services that increase participants life skills and independence is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design therapy programs to achieve participant outcomes
  • Assess participants functional capacity
  • Develop participant-centred goals
  • Provide evidence-based support services

Requirements:

  • Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration)
  • Experience in aged care and/or NDIS services
  • Current Police clearance, Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management
