Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and services at our organization. As a hands-on and organized leader, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, ensuring adequate staffing, and supporting funeral teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure adequate staffing
  • Support funeral teams and respond to client needs and service requests
  • Oversee documentation, scheduling, and administrative processes
  • Supervise cremation facilities and manage related financial transactions
  • Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supplies
  • Participate in funeral services, transfers, viewings, and cremations
  • Liaise with mortuary staff to ensure timely and respectful handling of deceased
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver high-quality service

Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to excellence. A background in funeral services or a related field is highly desirable.
