Project Assurance Role

Talenza is seeking a skilled Senior Project Assurance Analyst to join a leading financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assurance against projects, ensuring adherence to governance and delivery standards.
  • Review and improve governance and delivery standards, including project management frameworks and associated collateral.
  • Assist with project updates, committee reviews, and other required tasks.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in delivery, preferably in medium to large, regulated organizations (financial services, telco, consulting, or FMCG).
  • Strong experience in project assurance, project management, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills to establish trust with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and experience with Scrum and/or Kanban.
  • Qualifications or equivalent industry experience in Agile and PMBOK are highly desirable.
