- Training and Documentation: Mentor and train other IT professionals on the use and administration of the CyberArk platform and related systems, and develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, technical diagrams, and knowledge base articles.
- Configuration Management: Oversee and review configurations being deployed into the platform, leveraging automation with a focus on operational excellence.
- Privileged Access Management (PAM) and CyberArk Expertise: Proficiency in PAM and CyberArk is essential.
- Business Acumen: Ability to articulate business value through visualization tools and applicable data points.
- Automation and Orchestration: Passion for automation, orchestration, and leaving nothing to be manual.
- CyberArk Accreditation and Certifications: Highly regarded to have CyberArk accreditation and certifications.
- Agile Operations Experience: Proficient working in an Agile, high-paced operations team.
- ITIL Methodologies: Experience with ITIL methodologies, including incident, request, problem, and change management.
- Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux/Unix Server Administration: Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux/Unix Server Administration.
- Scripting Languages: Understanding of scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
- AWS Cloud Technology and Entitlement Management: Experience in AWS Cloud technology and entitlement management.
- Automation Tooling: Previous expertise in developing automation tooling such as Octopus, TeamCity, and GitHub.
