Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our laboratory team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist the laboratory team with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Follow up on client invoice queries and resolve any discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform end-of-month account reconciliations and basic accounting duties, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reconcile invoices and client claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Enter analytical data into our system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- A positive and responsive customer focus, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- A strong passion for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
- A friendly and approachable manner, with excellent communication skills.
