The role involves assessing and observing participants' challenging behaviours, increasing skills, improving emotion regulation and introducing replacement behaviours to reduce restrictive practices.

Positive Behaviour Support plans focus on enhancing quality of life, including skills improvement and independence enhancement. You will develop and implement individualised plans with regular training and review.

**Requirements:**

a qualification in Psychology, Counselling, BCBA, Teaching, Social Work, Social Sciences, Criminology, Childhood Education & Care, Health Science or Nursing; experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability and complex diagnoses (desirable); a car and licence; National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain before commencement.
