Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cost Analyst to support our project control systems and help keep projects on track and within budget.

  • The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the establishment and coordination of frameworks and baselines for project cost, schedule, and risk.

The position involves assisting in the development and maintenance of approved cost and schedule Project Management Baselines, as well as maintaining all documentation and databases related to project planning and maintenance.

You will also be responsible for preparing budgets, schedules, and financial reports, while learning to identify and manage risks that could impact project timelines and costs.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have exposure to principles, concepts, practices, and standards of scheduling and EVM principles, particularly Critical Path Method and Baseline Control.

  • Knowledge of accounting and budgeting principles is essential for this role.
  • Computer literacy with the ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret reports is required.
  • Intermediate skills in the use of MS Office and other relevant software packages and applications are necessary.
