A Project Director Role with Global Reach
About the Position
We are seeking a seasoned project manager to join our organization. As a senior project director, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and overseeing the delivery of large-scale projects.
Your primary focus will be on planning, managing, and delivering implementation projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Candidates should have 4–7 years of experience in project management roles, preferably in SaaS or software implementation environments.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions and possess strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Plan and manage projects from initiation to closure.
- Establish and maintain robust project governance including RAID logs, status reports, and steering updates.
- Coordinate internal and client-facing resources to deliver against project timelines and requirements.
- Proactively manage risks and issues, escalating where necessary to ensure delivery continuity.
- Ensure adherence to PMO delivery methodologies, processes, and toolsets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and facilitation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
