The successful candidate will also need to delve into a busy phone-based customer service role and communicate in both technical and non-technical terms.
We are looking for a proactive, solutions-focused problem solver who can work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will also have flexible availability and hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred).
