Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a safety mindset and strive to provide the safest work environment. They should also demonstrate automotive parts or mechanical experience and be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience.

Key responsibilities include providing technical support to trade & retail customers, building effective customer relationships, and using up-to-date product information to problem-solve and maximise sales. The successful candidate will also need to delve into a busy phone-based customer service role and communicate in both technical and non-technical terms.

We are looking for a proactive, solutions-focused problem solver who can work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will also have flexible availability and hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred).

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to trade and retail customers using expert automotive parts and mechanical knowledge.
