Coffee Experience Manager Role

We are seeking a Coffee Experience Manager to lead and elevate our coffee program across the hotel.

This role involves curating an entire coffee journey for our guests, from sourcing high-quality beans to perfecting extraction techniques and creating service rituals that surprise and delight.

The ideal candidate will oversee our coffee operations across all outlets, guide a passionate team of baristas, and ensure we remain at the forefront of Melbourne's world-class coffee scene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curate and manage the end-to-end coffee experience in every outlet.
  • Lead, train, and inspire our barista team to deliver consistency, care, and innovation.
  • Develop seasonal and signature beverage menus in collaboration with our culinary teams.
  • Fine-tune equipment and ensure every cup meets the highest flavour and presentation standards.
  • Build guest connections by sharing the story of our coffee program.
  • Manage suppliers and inventory to ensure sustainable and efficient operations.

We require someone with 5+ years' barista experience in a hotel, café, or hospitality setting, expert knowledge of espresso equipment, calibration, and flavor extraction, and coffee certifications (or equivalent experience).
