Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to provide high-quality patient care and support to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of PCU experience, along with excellent clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care to patients with complex medical conditions, utilizing your expertise to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care, maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction, driving excellence in patient care.
Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Licensure and Certification: Current RN license and ACLS certification required.
  • Technical Skills: EPIC experience highly desirable, along with strong IV start and tele skills essential.
  • Professional Experience: Previous travel experience an asset.
