Business Traineeship Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Trainee. This is an exciting opportunity for you to gain practical experience and develop your skills in a professional setting.

About the Role

This Business Traineeship offers the chance to work with our Host employer, a leading Accounting and Taxation Chartered Firm located in Parramatta. As a Business Trainee, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks including reception duties, telephone enquiries, diary management, filing, sorting mail, data entry, and liaising with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative support: Provide high-quality administrative support to the team, including reception duties, answering telephone calls, and managing diaries.
  • Data entry: Accurately enter data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaising with clients: Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Working Hours

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. You will have regular breaks throughout the day and opportunities to attend training and development sessions.
