A rewarding opportunity exists for an experienced Crushing Operations Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.

Positions are located across NSW, with a mix of office and site-based work.

This role involves supervising crushing operations at our various quarries and contract sites in New South Wales. You will be required to work away from home on a regular basis, but your efforts will be compensated accordingly.

The work is generally Monday to Saturday and not roster based. However, you should be flexible and willing to work varied hours as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise crushing operations to ensure safe and efficient execution
  • Maintain accurate records of production levels and maintenance requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve operational goals
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in crushing operations, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of crushing equipment and processes
  • Ability to operate loaders, excavators, and crushing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a related field (e.g., engineering, management)

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum
