Supporting elderly and disabled individuals in their own language is a vital part of our care services.

We are seeking skilled Home Care Workers to join our team in providing essential household duties, transport, and companionship support.

This is a casual position with opportunities for part-time work (hours negotiable). We provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and reimbursement for travel between clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • To speak Serbian fluently
  • A Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle with insurance
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • A First Aid Certificate within 3 years
  • A CPR Certificate within 1 year
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Compassionate, dedicated, reliable, honest, ethical, willing to learn, able to work autonomously
  • Ability to travel to various locations efficiently
