Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled reliability engineer to drive operational performance across systems, processes, equipment, and infrastructure. This role involves identifying and driving reliability improvement initiatives, evolving maintenance and reliability strategies, and overseeing capital investment projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and drive reliability improvement initiatives, including small-to-medium capital and non-capital projects.
  • Evaluate and optimize maintenance and reliability strategies using SAP and GE Asset Performance Management (APM) systems.
  • Address equipment issues with effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
  • Oversee capital investment projects and manage change processes, leveraging internal and external resources.
  • Collaborate with project leaders to enhance project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and site requirements across various disciplines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in reliability engineering.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, showcasing the ability to lead and execute projects effectively.
  • Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Systems (CMMS)
