About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Educational Leader to join our team at Sienna Catholic Primary School. As a key member of our Outside School Hours Care service, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality educational programs that support the needs of children and foster their lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the National Quality Framework and Catholic Early EdCare's educational philosophy.
  • Collaborate with families, children, and educators to create a safe, stimulating, and caring environment that promotes children's growth and development.
  • Support children to participate in special events and activities, ensuring their inclusion and engagement.
  • Participate in professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service.
  • Promote the service within the local community, aligning with Catholic Early EdCare's expectations and educational philosophy.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III, IV, or Diploma qualification recognized by ACECQA.
  • Experience working as an Educational Leader or Person in Day-to-Day Charge is highly valued.
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
  • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
