Heavy Mobile Equipment Technician

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Mobile Equipment Technician to join our team. As a qualified and skilled professional, you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and repairing heavy mobile equipment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse range of heavy mobile equipment, including major OEMs such as Caterpillar (CAT), Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr, and Terex.

About the Role
  • Servicing, breakdown repairs, scheduled maintenance, and component change-outs on critical mining mobile plant.
  • Ensuring optimal operational performance and reliability of heavy mobile equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair heavy mobile equipment to ensure it operates safely and efficiently.
  • Detect and diagnose faults in heavy mobile equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire replacements, and cleaning.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to achieve efficient workflow and resolve complex issues.

Requirements:
  • Trade qualification - Mobile Plant or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience servicing, diagnosing and repairing mobile plant.
  • High Risk Licence - Forklift (willing to obtain).
  • C Class Manual Driver's Licence.
  • National Police Check (willing to obtain).
