Job Overview

We are seeking an Analyst to join our ECM team in Sydney.

The ECM team works with the Advisory and coverage teams to originate, structure, execute, and syndicate equity financings such as IPOs, follow-on capital raisings, block trades, convertibles, and other equity-linked transactions.

The successful candidate will act as a strategic advisor to clients by facilitating equity capital formation through:

  • Originating, structuring, and executing equity capital market transactions.
  • Conducting comprehensive company and industry research and trading analysis.
  • Developing and preparing presentation materials and other content for clients to address their strategy and equity capital market needs.

Key Requirements

  • 1–4 years' relevant work experience within ECM, corporate advisory, markets, or a related area.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; in any discipline with a top academic record from a leading university.
  • Strong corporate finance, analytical, business communications skills (written and verbal), with exceptional multi-tasking and time management ability.
