Strategic Advisor for Equity Capital Formation

Citi is looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual to join its Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team in Sydney. The ECM team works closely with the Advisory and coverage teams to provide strategic advice to public and private companies, entrepreneurs, and financial sponsors.

  • Originate, structure, and execute equity capital market transactions;
  • Conduct comprehensive company and industry research and trading analysis;
  • Develop presentation materials and other content to deliver advice and address clients' strategy and equity capital market needs;

This role involves working effectively as an individual and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and liaising with internal and external parties. As a critical member of the team, you will play a key role in helping us deliver equity and equity-linked solutions to clients leveraging our full capabilities.
