Job Summary

A highly skilled Payroll Officer is sought to join our client's team on a 3-month contract basis. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in Australian payroll processing, proficient in SAP SuccessFactors and familiar with Kronos or similar time and attendance systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process end-to-end payroll for employees in compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data within SuccessFactors.
  • Handle payroll enquiries and provide timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Conduct payroll reconciliations and assist with reporting for internal and external audits.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience processing Australian payroll within a medium to large organisation.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is essential.
  • Kronos experience is desirable (or similar time and attendance systems).
  • Solid understanding of Australian payroll legislation, tax, and superannuation obligations.
