We are seeking an experienced Senior Culinary Specialist to join our team at S hajal M Saoud TA Mr. @ Macedon.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and be able to lead a team of cooks to prepare and present high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and present all food products, specifically breakfast and lunch menus, to the highest standard.
  • Team Leadership: Act as an ambassador in the kitchen and lead a team of cooks to maintain the best quality food style possible while adhering to menu specifications.
  • Hygiene and Safety: Ensure cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times and take an active role in maintaining and improving a safe work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that food deliveries have been delivered and stored according to the standards set by the Head Chef and provincial health regulations.
Requirements:
  • Culinary Expertise: Excellent knowledge of proper sanitation procedures, food handling, and safe guidelines.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to work well with other members of the Kitchen team and all Mr Macedon staff.
  • Communication Skills: Positive attitude and a consistent display of professionalism.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to exert physical effort in transporting equipment and wares.
