Job Title: Healthcare Specialist

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, coordinate, and deliver competent nursing care for patients via Telehealth conferencing technologies.
  • Build capacity of clinicians within the regions using leadership and advanced nursing skills and knowledge relevant to the palliative care nursing practice.
  • Provide generalist clinicians with after-hours palliative care expertise via high definition video consultation to support clinicians and provide specialist care to patients of rural and remote Western Australia.
