About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team at MediRecruit. As a Paediatric Speech Pathologist, you will work with children aged 2-21 years and their families, providing services to support their communication needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and treating children with communication impairments stemming from disability, learning difficulties, or developmental delays
  • Collaborating with parents and teachers to establish effective communication methods and devise individual treatment plans
  • Delivering evidence-based therapy services, managing a mixed caseload and conducting groups with children and adolescents

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly experienced professional team, enjoy regular clinical supervision and mentoring, and access a budget for professional development. You will also have the flexibility to work in a well-resourced clinic and enjoy a warm and friendly team environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Passion for working with children and families
  • Effective communication skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and share new skills
