About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Building Services Project Manager to join our national team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing virtual design and construction requirements of projects across Australia, including drafting and BIM activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee VDC project workflows and teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VDC technologies into projects
  • Ensure VDC deliverables comply with industry standards and client expectations
  • Drive innovation and efficiency in our VDC processes

Requirements:

  • Completion of an industry-based training course (Certificate IV in Drafting - Air Conditioning and Mechanical Services) or equivalent industry experience
  • 10+ years of drafting experience within the Building Services industry
  • An understanding of mechanical systems and Building Services gained through relevant industry experience
  • Knowledge of and experience using BIM/CAD software
  • Understanding of Australian Codes and Standards

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in VDC software and tools
