Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Building Services professional to join our team as a Manager. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of building services from design to construction phase.

You will review and provide direction in the early stages of all projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives. This includes developing procurement strategies for each project and managing their implementation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the management of building services, including electrical, gas, mechanical, hydraulics, fire services, water, energy, sustainability, stormwater, public health, and technology (smart buildings)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals, using your expertise to assess and coordinate outcomes for maximum value
  • Manage procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services while meeting budget requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance project efficiency and reduce costs

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in building services management, with a strong understanding of related technologies
  • Superior stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Degree in Building Services Engineering or a related field
