The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an unforgettable experience for customers, ensuring operational key performance indicators are met, and providing sales training that has a lasting impact.

  • Demonstrated result-driven mentality with previous experience managing a boutique and team within the retail industry

  • Health and fitness experience is well-regarded whether certified, having worked with activewear, or just being active weekly
