  • We're looking for someone to lead our Christmas Experience Team and help create magical moments for families.

This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and support your team, while delivering unforgettable visitor experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage daily operations, rosters and workflow to ensure smooth site running
  • Welcome families and maintain a joyful atmosphere, even on the busiest days
  • Bring energy and positivity to your role, leading by example
  • Oversee POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality, a treasured keepsake of their Christmas experience.

Requirements:
  • A strong leader who inspires and supports those around them
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Organised, adaptable and calm under pressure
  • Focused on creating positive experiences for visitors and team members alike
  • Have or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Clearance
