We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and innovative Registered Nurse to step up to the next level and contribute to the provision of high-quality patient care within our Emergency Department.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and coordinate appropriate service delivery options
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Monitor client care plans and participate in clinical auditing and evaluative research
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency
- Demonstrated competence in nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards
- Effective communication skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
