Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Adviser to join our team at The Australian Pipeliner. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our generalist HR services.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Engagement: Be the friendly face that employees turn to when they have questions about HR processes, HR systems, or need guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Onboarding and Induction: Roll out the red carpet for new hires, ensuring their experience is nothing short of amazing. Prepare offers of employment, oversee the onboarding process, and provide a comprehensive induction program.
- Payroll Management: Lead the charge on our fortnightly payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- HR Policy and Procedure Development: Collaborate with the HR team to review and update HR policies and procedures, keeping them fresh and relevant to the needs of the organization.
- HR Information Management: Keep HR information organized, up-to-date, and accessible on our SharePoint site, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with company policies and procedures.
- Competitive Salary: A salary of $83,408 per annum, plus 15.4% superannuation.
