Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Producer to lead our Release Engineering team.

This role involves a hybrid approach, focusing on ensuring the stability of our global release pipeline and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality updates that support VALORANT's global goals.

  • Key Responsibilities include:
  1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage day-to-day execution for the Release Engineering team.
  2. Cadence and Delivery: Facilitate Agile rituals such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and standups to maintain delivery clarity.
  3. Incident Response: Support incident triage and escalation workflows to ensure release stability and responsiveness.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with engineers, QA, and other stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence in our Release Engineering team.
