Job Title: People Remediation Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Remediation Project Manager to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our People Team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting end-to-end remediation projects focused on reviewing team member entitlements and industrial agreements within the Woolworths Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage remediation projects to ensure timely and effective delivery of results
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to navigate complex problems and identify solutions
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders through clear communication and engagement
  • Assist in identifying and providing recommendations on resources required to deliver outcomes and implement project requirements
Requirements:
  • Project Management experience, including creating and articulating project tasks and timelines, identifying dependencies and risks
  • Understanding of industrial instruments and the current industrial relations environment
  • Experience working with data modelling teams and commercial thinking with the ability to apply this to payroll or legal advice or employee entitlement scenarios
  • Exceptional communications skills with the ability to synthesise complex/ambiguous scenarios and communicate these from a technical and business perspective
