About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Perth on a full-time basis.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing workplace rehabilitation services to help individuals regain their independence and achieve their goals.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home assessments to identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers.
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve outcomes that benefit all parties.
  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring exercise programs to assist injured employees in returning to the workforce.
  • Teaching, coaching, and motivating clients to facilitate self-management of exercise and healthy lifestyle practices.
  • Designing, implementing, and evaluating safe and effective exercise interventions based on referral information, presenting pathologies, and co-morbidities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, organisation and time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
