About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rehabilitation Consultant and Clinical Exercise Physiologist to join our team in Perth on a full-time basis.

As a valued team member, you will play a vital role in the provision of workplace rehabilitation services to help build better lives through work and health.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments
  • Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
  • Designing, implementing and monitoring exercise programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
  • Teaching, coaching and motivating clients to facilitate self-management of exercise and healthy lifestyle
  • Designing, implementing and evaluating safe and effective exercise interventions
  • Conducting initial assessments and identifying RTW barriers
  • Completing accurate case notes

What You'll Bring to the Role

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
  • A keen sense of punctuality and effective time management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven organisation and time management skills
  • Competence in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence and a road-worthy, comprehensively insured motor vehicle

Qualifications and Registration

You will need to hold and maintain qualifications and registration in Exercise Physiology, with full and current registration with ESSA being essential.
