Job Title: Portfolio Facilities Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Facilities Manager to lead our facilities management team and oversee the delivery of high-quality services across our national retail portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Operations/Facilities Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee national delivery of maintenance, repairs, and building services, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
  • Implement and maintain HSE systems, conduct regular audits, manage incident investigations, and oversee contractor safety performance.
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to drive performance and value from vendor relationships.
  • Serve as the escalation point for tenant and client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution through strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Deliver high-quality reporting and insights to clients and leadership, providing actionable recommendations for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects aligned with client sustainability goals and objectives.

About You:

  • Proven experience in facilities management across commercial or retail portfolios, with a focus on senior leadership and team management.
  • Strong understanding of HSE systems, contractor management, and capital works, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Highly developed leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  • Ability to travel interstate and respond to after-hours emergencies as required.
