Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to our clients and their families, working collaboratively with the client's care team to assess, set goals, develop solutions, provide interventions, and evaluate client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to clients and their families, including assessment, goal setting, and intervention planning
- Work collaboratively with the client's care team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct home and community visits to assess and provide occupational therapy services
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational therapy, with a focus on complex clients and situations
- Strong assessment and intervention skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organization and time management skills
