Clinical Applications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Applications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing clinical support and guidance to customers using our Image Guided Therapy product portfolio.

About the Role:
  • Provide expert clinical knowledge and technical support to customers through various channels including phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs to customers on the safe and effective use of our products.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure proper installation and maintenance of our equipment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve customer issues.
