Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Garment Production Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality, fit, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Production Excellence:
    • Collaborate with our Buying Teams to ensure every garment meets our high standards.
    • Manage fit sessions and provide expert technical advice to resolve any quality issues.
    • Prepare and deliver detailed tech packs that align with buyers' requirements.
  • Supplier Collaboration:
    • Liaise with factories and suppliers to resolve quality, fit, and testing issues.
    • Provide feedback to suppliers to ensure ongoing improvements and alignment with our expectations.
  • Problem-Solving & Compliance:
    • Troubleshoot potential problems and find solutions across fit, quality, and sizing.
    • Investigate and resolve QA/QC issues efficiently through our 5-step process.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in garment production or quality assurance.
  • Tertiary qualification in Fashion or Textiles.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, specifications, grading, and quality assurance.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Clear communicator with a solutions-focused attitude.
