**Job Title:** Senior 3D Model Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior 3D Model Management Specialist to oversee the production of highly accurate and efficient CG models for use in high-end visual effects films. The successful candidate will lead a team of artists, ensuring key assets meet specific requirements and creative/technical challenges are addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team assignments, working with Heads of Department and Supervisors on bids.
  • Establish workflow templates and documentation.
  • Liaise between departments, train junior members, provide feedback, and ensure quality control for team work.
  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining open communication and addressing queries.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in high-end VFX projects.
  • Proficiency in Maya.
  • Strong spatial awareness and proficiency in polygonal subdivision modelling.
  • Ability to script in Python and collaborate across departments.
