Senior Electrical Design Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Electrical Design Professional to provide detailed designs, develop specifications, and coordinate with management on design-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design HV substations and related infrastructure, including configuration, layouts, busbar schemes, and safety considerations.
  • Prepare specifications for HV equipment and buildings, conduct insulation coordination, and study lightning protection and electromagnetic fields (EMF).
  • Attend site visits to ascertain project requirements and support battery energy storage system (BESS), solar, and wind farm projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of primary HV plant design experience.
  • Knowledge of HV cable design, earthing, lightning protection, and system planning.
  • Proficiency with Cymcap, EMTP, and CDEGS software.
