We are seeking an experienced and skilled healthcare professional to manage our facility outside of regular business hours.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operational management, patient access, and care coordination during off-peak hours. This includes monitoring key performance indicators such as Emergency Treatment Performance (ETP) and Transfer of Care (TOC).

The ideal candidate will have current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with relevant tertiary management qualifications or experience in a complex healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the facility outside of business hours
  • Monitor KPI targets such as ETP and TOC
  • Lead management of significant after-hours events in consultation with senior executives
  • Oversee nursing and support staff after hours, optimize skill mix, and ensure health and safety responsibilities are met
