Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our members and guests.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain legislative requirements including club entry, RSA & RCG standards
  • Provide friendly informed directions and assistance
  • Upsell and promote club memberships, entertainment, promotions and events

As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests upon entry. You will consistently deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring memorable moments are created for all.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Providing professional and welcoming telephone manner to internal and external customers
  • Conveying accurate messages using the PABX/Switchboard
  • Projecting a professional image at all times
  • Enhancing the overall experience for our members and guests
Key Responsibilities
  • General administrative duties
  • Processing Club memberships and renewals accurately
