Chief Academic Officer

Establish a strong foundation for academic excellence in teaching History as a discipline, driving curriculum development and program administration for Years 7 to 12.
The ideal candidate will promote a collaborative culture within the Department, fostering close working relationships with colleagues, including the Head of Ancient History.
- Develop and maintain effective collaborative teaching practices.
- Possess expert knowledge in QA compliance standards.
- Hold relevant teaching qualifications.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of teaching History.
- Bring experience in curriculum and assessment development.
- Exhibit leadership and collaborative skills, maintaining a high-performing school culture.
- Be current Queensland College of Teachers registered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and grow excellence in teaching History.
- Develop and administer History programs for Years 7 to 12.
- Promote a collaborative culture within the Department.
- Foster close working relationships with colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
