About the Role

This Casual OSHC Program Educator position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and their families. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote learning, socialization, and fun for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, staff, and children
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment for the OSHC program
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Program Educator or similar role
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
  • Patience and empathy when working with children
  • Knowledge of child development principles

We are looking for applicants with relevant qualifications, including but not limited to, Early Childhood Education, Creative Arts, Fine Arts, Drama, Music, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Diversional therapy, Speech pathology, Primary, Secondary, Special Education, Sport and Recreational qualifications, Cert 3, Diploma in Early childhood, or studying towards.
