Senior Civil Designer

We are seeking an experienced senior civil designer to work on projects delivering solutions in urban, land and subdivision projects.

The successful candidate will have a high level of technical expertise in civil design, with experience in preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software. Strong communication skills and ability to interface with clients, transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software for land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems and associated infrastructure.
  • Interpret civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients.
  • Interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping.
  • Interact with clients regarding project needs.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate senior civil designer experience in land, urban and subdivisions.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience ideally using 12D software.
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements.
  • A commitment to self-improvement and continuing professional development.
